The selection process for the Top 100 is meticulously designed to ensure that the awardees truly represent the best of the Filipino professional community. A combination of quantitative and qualitative factors is considered, ensuring a balanced assessment of both reach and impact.
Overall Score = Average of (Follower Count Rank + Most Engaging Post Rank + Most Inspiring post Rank + Leadership post Rank + Mentorship post Rank + Socially Responsible Rank ) The nominee who gets the lowest overall score will be the Top 01.
Follower Ranking = Ranked based on number of followers. The highest number of followers gets a ranking score of 1 and the lowest 100++
Post Ranking = Ranked based on the engagement rate. The highest engagement rate gets a ranking score of 1, and the lowest gets 100++
Engagement rate = [(Likes + comments + reposts)/impressions] x 100.
*** Unvalidated responses due to screenshots not showing the numbers like impressions are rated ZERO
*** Unvalidated responses due to broken links or links that are not from the nominee’s profile are rated ZERO
*** In case of a tie in the final score, the nominee who has the higher number of followers gets the higher rank.
*** Some nominees will be disqualified if the declaration of numbers upon validation has extremely high variance: (examples: (1) the actual follower count is 789, but the nominee declares 1000 – this nominee will be disqualified for intentional misdeclaration of numbers (2) the nominee declares 500 but the actual count is 567 – we will consider this valid since there are possible growth in number of followers from the time the nominee fills out the form and the validation period. Nomination period is 3months.
