Objectives:
1. Provide Guidance and Support: Assist mentees in setting and achieving personal and professional goals, providing guidance and emotional support.
2. Facilitate Knowledge Transfer: Share expertise and experiences to develop specific skills, offering resources and practical advice.
3. Serve as Role Models: Demonstrate desired behaviors and values, inspiring mentees to strive for excellence and ethical conduct.
4. Tailor Development to Individual Needs: Customize mentoring approaches to individual needs, addressing strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
5. Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect, providing ongoing support throughout mentees’ development journey.
Criteria: Executive
Level: Participants must currently hold upper management positions or show potential for advancement.
Commitment: Participants are required to attend all sessions and engage fully in program activities.
Relevance: Participants should have a genuine interest in enhancing their leadership skills for application within their organizational roles.
Availability: Participants should have adequate time to dedicate to program requirements, including sessions, assignments, and practicum activities.
Leadership Potential: Preference may be given to individuals who demonstrate leadership potential and a desire for growth within their organizations.
